Read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the ICONIC application (the "App"), provided by ICON ImagiNetwork LLC ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, you must uninstall and discontinue use.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.
This license is conditioned on your compliance with all applicable terms of the App Store (Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store). For Apple users: this Agreement is between you and ICON ImagiNetwork LLC, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for support or claims for the App.
You may upload content (photos, bios, messages) subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. You may not submit content that is illegal, offensive, abusive, explicit, harassing, or otherwise objectionable as defined in our Terms of Service and policies. We have a strict no-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users, and provide mechanisms to block and report such users. Violators are subject to termination without notice.
Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs collection and processing of your data (including real-time location if enabled by you).
XP and rewards within the App are digital features only, hold no real-world monetary value, and are non-transferable.
The App provides safety features such as blocking and reporting. Content may be removed and accounts terminated for violating the EULA or policies.
The App, name, logo, and content (excluding user content) are owned by ICON ImagiNetwork LLC. You may not modify, copy, lease, sell, or otherwise exploit the App or its content except as expressly permitted.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or by us. We may revoke your license at any time without notice for any breach of terms or policies. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICONIC shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the App.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
