Welcome to ICONIC, provided by ICON ImagiNetwork LLC ("ICONIC," "we," "us," "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ICONIC. By registering, you attest that you are 18 or older. Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the service. Providing false age information is a violation of these terms and grounds for termination.
You must provide accurate information and create only one account. Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
ICONIC offers Free, Ultimate, and Iconic subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions, when offered through native stores, are billed via Apple and Google in-app purchases on a recurring basis. Please refer to the relevant app store policy for cancellation and refund terms. This web PWA does not currently charge in-app purchases; paid native billing will follow Apple and Google rules when those store listings ship.
You agree to:
ICONIC has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Users may report or block others for violations. We reserve the right to investigate and remove accounts or content at our sole discretion.
You retain copyright in your content but grant ICONIC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use it in connection with the service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish. Our moderation team reviews safety reports but does not employ automated AI scanning. Requests for removal under DMCA can be submitted as described below.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us at legal@theiconic.app with all necessary DMCA claim information. We will act promptly according to the DMCA.
Our Privacy Policy governs data collection, use, and sharing. By using ICONIC, you consent to the data practices described therein, including processing of geolocation and sensitive demographic data, always with your explicit consent.
ICONIC uses real-time geolocation only after you opt in via a clear modal and checkbox. You may toggle Hide from Now Mode at any time, in which case we do not access, store, or broadcast your location until re-enabled by you.
ICONIC's XP system is purely cosmetic and non-monetary. XP has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for goods, services, or currency. The system does not constitute gambling or a virtual currency.
You may delete your account at any time. ICONIC may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, especially for breach of these ToS or applicable law.
All ICONIC trademarks, logos, code, and content (excluding user content) are our property or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
ICONIC is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permissible by law and are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, except as required by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ICONIC and its affiliates against claims arising from your violation of these ToS or misuse of the service.
These ToS are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Wyoming. Hawaii consumer-protection, privacy, and similar public-policy rules may still apply to Honolulu users and cannot always be waived by contract.
We may revise these ToS by posting updated terms in the app or at https://theiconic.app/terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
